Course: 16 weeks, 1 class per week

What will I learn in this course?

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Consolidate and apply your B1 level grammar and fluency
Use indirect commands and advanced subjunctive forms
Apply tense agreement in more complex sentences
Understand and engage with more complex spoken and written texts
Communicate fluently and spontaneously in a range of contexts
Present and justify viewpoints on familiar topics

Prerequisites

Completion of Intermediate Italian B1 Part 2 or similar.
Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialisation.
Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party.
Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

Conditions of enrolment

• Missed classes cannot be made up by joining other classes on different days/times
